Andrea Solis Herrera
Andrea Solis Herrera (Ocotlán, Jalisco, 1999) has participated in collective exhibitions in spaces such as the Instituto Cultural Cabañas, the Leonora Carrington Museum in Xilitla, the Museum of Anthropology and History of Ocotlán, the Lázaro Cárdenas Museum in Michoacán, and various independent forums inside and outside Jalisco.
Her work revolves around the feminine experience through different thematic lines based on her life experiences, from fragility and emotional vulnerability, the relationship between cyclical changes in nature and their connection to human processes of metamorphosis, all through symbols that allude to the unconscious and transformation.
