1. Scope

At Apolo Art Gallery, we aim to make every purchase a confident decision. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your artwork, you may request a return under the following conditions.

2. Return window

The Buyer has 7 calendar days from the date the artwork was successfully delivered to request a return or refund.

3. Eligible reasons

Returns are accepted under any of the following circumstances:

  • The artwork arrived damaged
  • The artwork does not match what was published
  • The Buyer is not satisfied with the artwork

4. Return process

To initiate a return:

  • The Buyer must contact customer support within the established timeframe
  • Apolo will provide specific packaging and return instructions
  • The artwork must be returned properly protected and in suitable condition

5. Return shipping costs

Apolo Art Gallery will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

6. Refunds

Once the artwork has been received and validated:

  • The refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days
  • The amount will be issued through the original payment method or an equivalent method

7. Important considerations

  • The artwork must be returned in conditions similar to those in which it was delivered
  • Any additional damage caused by improper return packaging may affect the refund amount
  • Apolo Art Gallery acts as an intermediary and will manage the process between the Buyer and the artist
