Aurora Díaz
Trained at CEDART José Clemente Orozco of INBAL and with a degree in Visual Arts from UDG, she develops an artistic practice focused on transformation, memory, and the relationship between humanity and nature. Her work conceives the body as a symbolic territory where animal and plant presences converge with elements of a magical nature.
Through a palette dominated by deep blues and organic forms, she creates atmospheres that evoke water as origin, transit, and a space of connection. Her compositions explore the dissolution of boundaries between different beings and states of existence, proposing a cyclical and expanded view of life.
She has participated in exhibitions and projects in Mexico, the United States, France, and Italy, including the “Monumental Tzompantli of Nahual Graphics” (2025). Her work has been presented in museums, galleries, and cultural centers, and she has received honorable mentions in “Day of the Dead: Devotion, Tradition, and Symbolism,” consolidating a career of poetic and symbolic exploration.
