“Conexiones internas de un mismo ente” ("Internal Connections of the Same Entity") presents a woman in the center linked to the face of another woman on her left and to a dark figure with only eyes on her right. This piece speaks to duality as people: on one side, a defined face, with an undefined neck, shows the noble and benevolent part of the central woman, and in opposition, eyes in a dark silhouette that light does not penetrate, the part of consumed evil. And she, in the center, cannot live without one of the parts, as it gives her balance in a chaotic world. Above each, an elemental symbol of alchemy, from left to right, would read as Wind, Earth, and Fire, each representing the corresponding emotional state of the same entity.
